DEAR GUEST

In order to take the best possible care of each other, we follow the recommendations and guidelines of the health authorities.

COVID-19 test:

All guests from the age of 15 must present a Coronapas - a negative COVID-19 test that is no more than 72 hours old or present proof of covid-19 vaccination, which is valid as a vaccination certificate 14 days after the first bite (and up to 42 days after the first bite ). In connection with the presentation of a Negative COVID-19 test, the ID must be presented.

This can be a health insurance card, driver's license, passport or other publicly issued ID.

Any exemption from presentation of a valid corona passport or negative corona test requires documentation.

Face Mask:

Face Mask are no longer required for guests and staff.

Distance:

To ensure extra good space for our guests, we have limited the number of visitors at once, to a smaller number than we may well be at Naturama.

In some places, i.e. staircases, you will find that there is one way direction. That way you avoid getting too close to each other when there is a narrow passage.

Other things:

Naturama’s nature guides are always available when you have questions about your experience.

We spray contact surfaces several times a day and alcohol has been made available in many places at the museum.

On hour website and at the entrance to Naturama you can see how many guests are visiting the house before you arrive.

Either way, we encourage you all to:

  • To show consideration and keep your distance
  • As far as possible keep to the right
  • To cough and sneeze into the sleeve
  • That you wash your hands frequently

We wish you a good day at Naturama...:)
