Trading and purchase conditions

When purchasing annual passes and tickets, the following conditions are considered accepted. Therefore, read the terms and conditions.

Annual passes and tickets are non-refundable.

Annual card:

Annual passes for Naturama are valid for one year from the date of issue. The card is personal and is issued with name and photo. In case of misuse, the card is revoked.

A valid annual card is on presentation giving access to Naturama and to Fjord & Bælt.

When purchasing an annual card, Naturama stores the name, address, e-mail and photo for any renewal of your annual card. This information is registered in accordance with the GDPR. Annual card holders also receive Naturama’s newsletter.

When ordering an annual card online, an e-mail will be sent with confirmation of the purchase. The confirmation does not give access to Naturama. The card itself is printed on arrival.

All prices are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT and any fees. Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.

Credit card transactions take place on a separately secured server with full encryption of all credit card information. Naturama works with DIBS to maintain a secure payment solution. This solution meets all PBS 'requirements for secure payment solutions. Your credit card information will not be made available to other companies or organizations.

In order to recognize your information on your next visit to our online store, a "cookie" is placed on your computer. This "cookie" is also used to track your shopping cart and for statistical purposes.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to section 17 (1) of the Consumer Contracts Act. 2 cf. § 9 para. 2 no. 2a ”, annual cards purchased online are not covered by the right of withdrawal and are therefore not refundable. If your confirmation is not received within minutes, you should check your filter for unsolicited email. If the email is still not received, please contact us.
