Tour: The Fairy Garden – Birds of the Garden

In today's tour we focus on the garden's birdlife, perhaps you already know some of them. Many have already seen both the blue tit, the blackbird and the buzzard, but what do we really know about them?

Many people associate an afternoon in the garden with the sound of singing from the garden’s many birds. But how many of us actually know the birds in our own garden? Maybe we can see the difference, but can we also hear it?

The birds in the garden offer many funny stories, such as the blackbird, which could very well be called Denmark’s answer to a parrot. Hear why on today’s tour. We will meet at the entrance to ‘The Fairy Garden’ at the ticket office.

The exhibition, ‘The Fairy Garden’, focuses on the local biodiversity, whether your garden is well-groomed, wild or perhaps somewhere in between. Experience captivating spring stories in ‘The Fairy Garden’, because the stories are there somewhere, if only you can spot them! In today’s tour we focus on the garden’s birdlife, perhaps you already know some of them.
