Naturama is a nature theatre where animals, by sea, land and air are staged with sound, light, beautiful films and pictures. You get close to whale skeletons, bears, elks, wild boars, hundreds of birds and a giant polar bear.
You can scratch a fox behind the ear, give the small bear a hug, touch various skins and bones or dress up. Naturama offers exercises for children in English. The exhibition has information about the animals in English.
Pushchairs and prams
By way of ramps and elevators you can get around the exhibition with pram or pushchair. Pushchairs are available for free.
Coats and bags can be placed in the cloakroom on Water Level, the basement level. There are also lockers with a deposit of DKK 20. Large bags must be kept in the cloakroom.
Changing table and breastfeeding area
On Water Level there is a changing table. On the same floor there is also a special area where mothers can sit down to breastfeed their children. In the café you can always get a bottle warmed for the little ones.
Food and beverages
Food and beverages can be bought in Naturama’s café. Packed lunches can be eaten in- or outdoors.
Naturama is non-smoking area. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces outside.
